Montana Tag Agent Services LLC (“we”, “us”) is a private commercial registered agent and document preparation service. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with the Montana Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) or any state department.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email, phone, mailing address.
- Business details: LLC name, control number, members or managers, vehicle and title information needed to complete your request.
- Documents you send or upload, such as titles, bills of sale and odometer statements.
- Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To provide registered agent, annual report and vehicle document services you request.
- To forward legal notices and official mail, and to communicate with you about your account.
- To file documents with government agencies on your behalf.

We share information only as needed to perform the service: with the Montana Secretary of State, the Montana MVD and other agencies to which we file on your behalf; with service providers who host our systems or deliver email; and when required by law or legal process. We do not sell your personal information.
